So our family has never carved pumpkins. How bad are we. Well Jon was gone, of course, to a football game so I decided I would show Rylee by myself. Well the pumpkin was so small I was pathetic at carving it so grandpa stepped in. Even he had a hard time. It was one tough pumpkin.

My dad told her that you can eat pumpkin seeds so she pulled a handful of disgusting pumpkin insides out and put it in her mouth. SHe was unpleasantly surprised. We couldn't help but laugh. SO as little kids are, by time my dad and I finished carving the pumpkin, she was asleep. I never even got a picture of what it turned out like. Oh well!!

Last weekend JOn and Rylee decided to put the tent up outside and sleep in my parents backyard. INSANE!!!! It was so cold! I didn't think RYlee would last through the night. I went out the next morning at like nine o clock and this is what I found. I don't know how she was STILL sleeping at nine o clock in the morning. That is NOT like Rylee!!! It was cute though, they had a blast.

We went to the canyon for a little picnic with Jon's parents and sister. The leaves were so pretty and it was fun. Both my girls actually rode on grandpa's four wheeler.

I learned how to make this little Tutu at a super saturday I went to and thought they were so adorable. Ry wasn't too happy that I wanted a picture of her in it. Oh well!

Taylor is just getting everywhere. She is walking along things and crawling under things. It is so funny. One day she crawled under this chair and got stuck. She thought it was fun for a minute. Then she got ticked off. Rylee was having fun with her under there too!

Hello Again!!!!

Ok so I am finally blogging again after a month or so. I just am not getting pics like I should be and don't have the computer to do it so what I have are random pics but my girls are growing up before my eyes. We are having a good experience down here in Delta. (Well, Leamington). Jon will be finished up November 20th and we are hoping that there will be some jobs open somewhere. Jon is absolutely loving student teaching and coaching. Anyways, here's a few pics of what has been happening in our little boring life;)

We were able to go Cedar City and visit Meladie and her girls (oh and her little boy), wow, that is weird to get used to Mel! Anyways, it was a blast. When the girls get together, it is insane. Never a dull moment. After 24 hours or less, arguing or just Rylee's crazy tantrums start up and it gets insane. Like when Brooklyn wouldn't give Rylee the rock she wanted so Rylee decided she needed a rock thrown at her head. Wow my daughter is a real treat!!! Anyways, just a few pics of Em's and my girls. I really only got these pics down there. Em's is always up for getting her picture taken. She is a cutie. Thanks Mel for letting us come and to Chad for watching all their girls and mine so we could go to a chick flick!!!!!

Taylor and Mommy

This is a picture of Rylee on her first day of pre-school. She could not stop grinning. (Well, until we got there anyways, then she didn't want me out of her sight). She was so hyper I couldn't even get a picture of her with just a normal smile. She was excited. She does really well now in preschool and counts the days til it comes again.

Taylor is just mesmorized by Rylee. Everything Rylee does is funny to her. It is very cute. Now that she is crawling she follows Rylee everywhere! If Rylee goes outside, Taylor crawls to the door and pulls herself up and waits for someone to see her so she can go outside too.

Tay is growing up!

Taylor has been crawling for a little over a month now, but I hadn't posted anything so I thought I would put a clip of her. She is so funny.




Taylor has quite the little personality. She is really funny when she is happy and smiles at everyone in site. But when she is mad, you can seriously hear her from a long ways away. We sleep down in my parents basement in a bedroom in the back and when I put her down for a nap, I don't even need the monitor to hear her when she wakes up. She screams so loud!!! She is hilarious!

Sunday Silliness!!

We were outside on Sunday and I decided to get my camera out cause the girls were just being funny. I got Ry to pose for me a couple times but she just won't sit still.

This is the newest member of our family. A black kitten names "Spirit". Weird, I know. Out neighbors had kittens and every second of the day Rylee wanted to go and play with them. It drove me so out of my mind that I actually let her get a cat. I MUST HAVE REALLY BEEN OUT OF MY MIND!!!! Rylee loves it and is good to it so I guess its fine. (Recognize this kitten Suz!)

Update

So I haven't posted in over a month and still not much is going on. We moved to Leamington at the end of July but Jon stayed in Cedar to work and save up some money. He finally got here last Wednesday and it has been so wonderful!!!! It has been a really hard past year with him trying to finish up school and work two jobs. Today is his first day student teaching and he was so nervous but looked very handsome. I hope it will be a good experience for him. We are starting a little pre-school with some ladies in Leamington which will be a very good experience for Rylee. She is so unbelievably shy that she really needs to be around kids. It will be good for her. Taylor is getting big and doing the "army crawl". It is nice but not all at the same time. She is happier cause she can move but she is trying to eat everything on the floor. Its fun though. I'm just hanging out at my mom's taking care of the girls so nothing new for me. We are looking forward to these next six months or so to see what happens with us and where we go. Hopefully things will work out!!!

Vacation at Zion Ponderosa

The pool at Zion Ponderosa was the funnest ever! It was a two tiered pool. The top was pretty shallow and had a little rock slide for kids. The bottom was deep and had a big rock slide. It was so much fun! Jon took Taylor down the small one a few times and Rylee loved it.

Rylee loved the hot tub more than the pool. I could not get her to look at me for pics. She has been funny about that lately but she loved it!

Ry saw my mom trying to get a picture and was telling her to stop. It was funny!

My girls did so good camping. The camp spots were very nice and awesome individual showers and big huge clean bathrooms. That was a huge plus for us!

I just took this picture for fun. I HAVE to recommend this place to anyone who likes camping and outdoors. There are so many things to do. Swimming, a cool zip line, rock walls, paintballing, archery, four wheeling tracks for little kids and adults, horse riding, hay wagon rides, sand volleyball, tennis, playground for kids. A lot of the stuff costs money but we had an absolute blast. There is even a nice restaurant and a buffet that is pretty cheap there. Totally recommend it!!!! PLUS, hardly ANY bugs!!!!!!!!!

Hooray!! He is home!!

My brother Marcus got home on the 24th of July. It was so great to see him again!
My parents and Marcus. Rylee was so excited to see him but as soon as he got off the plane she was terrified of him. She still, to this day, has not said one word to him. She wants to talk to him she says and as soon as he walks out of the room she starts talking about him but she will NOT talk to him. It's sad. I hope someday she will cause they would have a blast!

Well I am saying goodbye to my internet tonight. We are cancelling it since we are moving in a few weeks. I am so sad because my blog addiction is, well, probably not going to be an addiction any more. I will only be able to update every so often. So I am sad that I can't look at blogs every day but thanks everyone for letting me look at yours and I hope that I can update mine often. For those who don't know, we are moving July 31 up to Delta Jon will be doing his student teaching there. After he is done with that in November, we will start applying and see where we will end up. Anyways, so long and hope to be able to still keep in touch with everyone!

The Fourth of July!

So the only pics I got this year were at the parade and Rylee was so dang onry!!! She would not let me take pictures of her so these were the best I got. She did like getting the candy though.
Taylor got to wear fourth of July clothes and Rylee didn't because her retarded mom forgot shorts. I was so sad!! I thought they would look so cute and patriotic but not Rylee. I'm terrible!
The best part of the parade was Rylee getting an Otter Pop. Well dad got it for her. She didn't wait for them to throw em, she ran out to the car and got it. It was cute.

So we kicked off the Fourth of July weekend with good ol POISON!! It was a blast! I don't think we could hear all the way home it was so loud. It was fun to see jon and his brother's getting down. I pretty much sat there and waited for "Every Rose has its Thorn". Pretty much the best song ever and the pretty much the only song of theirs I knew. It was really fun!
